Children Policy

We believe that a pub is an adult place & should remain this way. We therefore operate a strict policy on welcoming children into the pub.

Monday- Saturday: We do welcome well behaved children, however children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the pub after 6pm & 7pm in the eating area ( all bookings must be early & ready to leave by 7pm)

Sunday: Over the last few months, we & our local drinkers have noticed an increase in disruptive behaviour from the large presence of small children & babies in the pub on Sunday. As the pub is so small, the increase in noise & disruption has been affecting our other diners & drinkers’ enjoyment.
As a result, children under 5 will no longer be permitted in the pub on a Sunday
This will also apply to food bookings in the eating area

They are, however, very welcome in the garden at any time as long as they are supervised by an adult at all times & don't pull our plants out or break our lights!
